The goal of sustainable design at Prudent Living is to create homes and commercial properties that reduce the consumption of non-renewable resources, and to focus on building and renovating in a way that results in comfort and good health combined with energy efficiency.

It no longer matters as much as it used to if a home is pretty or big. It may not even matter who designed or built it. What will matter is what and how many sustainable strategies were incorporated into the home: strategies for clean, breathable air, conservation of energy, sensible use of our precious resources and a positive contribution to the health of our environment.
