01. - Let's talk
Planning is the key to success! Our very first visit is a conversation to listen to your objectives, provide guidance and gather general project elements. You are encouraged to provide photos of projects you like, a rough outline of your needs, and have some idea of your financial investment in the project. That information forms the basis of our relationship together!

02. Review plans and sign "letter of intent'
A great project begins with a great plan, and Prudent Livings in-house design team is recognized for creative excellence. Our team has 40+ years of creative design experience to develop custom high-performance spaces that integrate seamlessly with energy-saving technologies.
- Review your sketches or ideas, and a portfolio of our work
- Create simple drawings with our team
- Sign a “Letter of Intent” – a design/build agreement that outlines the cost structure


DESIGN PROCESS
03. Complete a rough draft
Now that we have the initial ideas down on paper for your home. Our next step is to put the sketches into our CAD software and come up with the initial plans for your home. Once we have that done, we'll meet, review and make changes to the design.

04. Get permits and setup the site

COMPLETION!
05. Completion and client approval
Our job's not finished until your satisfied! Our project manager assembles a list of remaining items to go over in the project together. After the list is completed and the home passes inspection, the project is considered complete.
